Caring for the material is one of the most important aspects of the longevity of the products. Here are a few care instructions for you to follow.

• Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Air dry and iron on low heat if needed

We make every effort to display true-to-life colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you’re unsure between shades, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Our hijabs are crafted from carefully selected fabrics such as chiffon, georgette, lawn, cotton, silk blends, and premium jersey. Each fabric is chosen for comfort, durability, and how well it drapes throughout the day.

You can cancel an order before confirmation via email, whatsapp or any of our social media channels. For cancelling order, you can also cancel it during the order confirmation call.

To cancel an order, please send us the details of your order, including; Your Name, Order ID, and Date of Order.

Any order that has been sent to the courier company for delivery cannot be cancelled.

In case of a faulty product or a wrong order, you can request a return within the first 7 days of receiving the order. If, for any reason, the product is satisfactory, you can request a refund within the first 7 days of receiving the order, but the product should not be opened, used, or subject to any case of usage.

Once the product is returned to the team at SilSlay, the team will check and confirm if the refund is applicable, for any reason, the product is found to be used or not suitable for a refund, the request would be cancelled, and the customer would not be entitled to the refund.

Standard shipping rate is 199 PKR for orders below 3000Rs, and free shipping is applied on orders above 3000Rs

You can pay via direct bank transfer with the information available at checkout. The customers can also pay Cash on Delivery, and we plan to add Jazzcash & Easypaisa for users as well to have a more customer-focused payment method.

Currently, we are only shipping in Pakistan, but we plan to ship to USA, UK, Canada, UAE and Australia in the near future.

The processing of orders requires utmost care; all our orders are processed based on the information provided by the customer during checkout. Once the information is verified, the orders are processed. It generally requires 1 day for order processing and confirmation.

All deliveries are then made after order confirmation and are subject to the standard delivery time of 3-5 business days. Note that all deliveries are carried out by third-party courier companies.

In standard cases without any delays or unforseen reasons that might affect delivery, you should be recieving your package within 3 to 5 business days.

Based on the standard courier company procedure, the rider contacts the customer (You) before the delivery attempt. However, if in any case you fail to attend the call or confirm the delivery, the parcel will be returned to us with information via the courier company.

In case the buyer's information or actions are deemed inappropriate, we ban the customer from our database and restrict further orders from them.
